Week 5--Action or Just Do It

Now is the time to get to work. Put your improved philosophy and attitude to work. It is time to walk the talk. It is time to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Read the books, listen to the cd's, and work hard.

You have to do the best that you can. Get to work early and stay late. Learn to do more than your job requires and help whenever you can. Do more than your are paid for doing. Don't follow the crowd. Follow your new philosophy.

It is like exercise. When you first start, you can only do so many lifts. Then, as you continue to exercise, you can do more and more. As you work hard at your new philosophy, you will be more and more succesful.

Jim Rohn says that the bible states that God worked for 6 days and rested for 1. Now we work for 5 days and rest for 2. Some have even cut it to 4 days work and 3 days rest. It is up to you to decide what philosophy you will follow. Just remember that if you rest too much, you will be losing what you have gained.

Work hard to develop your skills. Skills will make your more valuable. As you work harder on your job and on yourself, you will become more and more successful.

Just remember to work hard on yourself. Work hard on improving yourself. Take the courses, read the books, listen to the tapes, and do the exercises. Time spent on improving yourself is never wasted.

The Assignment for the fifth week.

Make it a goal in your life to always do the best that you can. Start with trying to be the best that you can be. This week get to work early and stay late. Try to help by doing something that is not in your job description by helping someone with their job.

Let these 2 rules be your guide.

  1. Do what you can.
  2. Do the best that you can do.
